We can stretch the mesh onto a frame of your own or one that we supply.
We hold a good variety of mesh and if we don’t have the particular mesh you require in stock we will get it in for you.
The cost varies depending on the mesh count, colour and the size of the frame.
Please note as a standard we use Yellow mesh, so if you require another colour you will need to let us know in advance..

Shooting the Screen to Create the Stencil
The price is size dependent and has a minimum charge of$40.00 (incl. GST).
However as with most things we can give you a better price the more you order in one go.
We use direct emulsions to create the stencils and we use the products that we sell, so we know our products.

We can generate film positives up to 600mm in width. We also provide a splicing service, this means that we can join two 600mm width pieces of film to create one very wide piece of film, please be aware that there will always be a join mark the will show up in you stencil.
Depending on you artwork we can suggest cheaper options for Positives.

Paper Positives -
For A4 size; We have found the best results are from the Cannon OR Epson home printers. You will need to change the printer properties and we can assist you with this.
For larger than A4 size we recommend that you shop around to find a print shop that has an understanding of what is required to produce positives for Screen Printing. Some of the larger chain printers will not be able to provide you with the best result as they do not change the print quality on individual jobs.

Hand Drawn Positives
If you can draw you can draw your positives directly onto acetate or paper. Please be careful with drawing with Black texta as the texta is not true black, it is blue/black and may not have the dense colour that is required. A better alternative is “Negative Addition” pens OR true Opaque pens. We can supply these as should most photography shops.

Reclaiming is the process of removing the Emulsion Stencil from your screen once you no longer want that design. There is a minimum cost of $10.00 (incl GST) but the cost is size dependent.

Dehazing is the process of removing the Emulsion and any ink  or residue that may have been left to dry in your screen. There a minimum cost of $15.00 (incl GST) once again the cost is size dependent.

We are not designers, and can not design your artwork for you. We can however replicate an existing image, *subject to copyright laws. So if you have an image that you would like to print let us know and we can create a positive. The cost really is on a job by job bases and we need to see the artwork before we can give you an accurate price.
*Copyright laws prohibit you from replicating a Copyright image, it is your responsibility to ensure that the image you want to print is not Copyright.
